ACE Micromatic Sprint 16TC acquired new in 2020 for a Chakan-based Tier-2 auto component supplier. The machine was used exclusively for turning mild steel and aluminium shaft components for passenger vehicle applications.

Controller shows 9,800 hours — low for a 2020 machine, as production volumes dropped after a customer programme ended in 2022 and the machine has been in standby since mid-2024. All preventive maintenance has been carried out as per ACE’s recommended schedule. Full service log available.

Turret is 12-station, all positions functional. Hydraulic chuck and tailstock are in good working condition. Bar feeder is not included but the interface is present. Machine is currently powered on and available for inspection and trial cutting at buyer’s request.

Reason for selling: Chakan facility is being consolidated; surplus assets are being liquidated.
