This Jyoti CNC VT-450 VMC was commissioned in early 2019 at a Rajkot-based precision engineering firm producing automotive transmission components. Single-owner machine, operated in a dedicated climate-controlled bay for most of its life.

Controller hours stand at approximately 14,200 — moderate for a 2019 machine and consistent with single-shift operation. All three axes have been calibrated annually. Ballscrews are tight with no measurable backlash. Spindle cartridge was overhauled by Jyoti’s authorised service team in 2023; the service certificate is available.

Current condition is fully operational. The machine is making parts within ±0.01 mm tolerance. Auto lubrication system is intact and functional. Tool changer (24-station) has no faults. Electrical cabinet is dry and clean.

Selling reason: facility is transitioning to 5-axis horizontal machining centres; this 3-axis vertical is surplus to requirement.
