This BFW Stallion-6 VMC has been used in a Tier-2 automotive component supplier plant in Chakan, Pune. The machine was deployed for aluminium and mild steel machining, primarily producing gearbox housings and brackets. It has approximately 14,000 spindle hours as read on the Fanuc controller.

The spindle was rebuilt by BFW-authorised service engineers in 2022 and has run approximately 4,500 hours since the rebuild. The machine geometry (flatness, squareness, positioning accuracy) was verified with a ballbar test in November 2023 — results are available for inspection. The ATC operates without issues; all 24 pockets are functional.

This is a robust, production-proven machine ideal for a job shop looking to expand VMC capacity at a reasonable budget. The Fanuc 0i-MF controller retains all original programs and parameters, which will be handed over.
