Description
SLT SLT-FL-2000 2kW fiber laser cutting machine, installed new in March 2021 at an Ahmedabad sheet metal fabrication unit. Used for cutting MS, SS, and aluminium sheets up to 6 mm thickness. The machine has run approximately 11,500 hours on the laser source.
The IPG fiber laser source is within its rated operating life. Cutting head is a Raytools BT210 — optics cleaned and collimating lens replaced in 2024. Assist gas system (nitrogen and oxygen) is fully intact. Shuttle table is functional with no issues on either pallet.
Accuracy is consistent at ±0.1 mm on repeat profiles. The machine has been maintained by SLT’s Ahmedabad service partner; all AMC records are available for inspection.
Reason for selling: upgrading to a 4kW machine to process thicker profiles; this 2kW unit is surplus but in excellent condition.
