This Electronica Maxicut 435 has been used in a tool room producing press tool components, EDM electrodes, and precision gauges. The machine has been maintained meticulously — wire guides, flush nozzles, and the deioniser resin bed were all replaced within the last 8 months. The machine consistently achieves ±0.005mm accuracy on test cuts.

The power supply unit (PSU) is fully functional with no burnt modules. The dielectric unit (water tank + deioniser + pump) is included and working. The UV (taper cutting) axis is calibrated and functional, allowing taper cuts up to 15° per 100mm height.
