This SLT fiber laser cutting machine was used in a sheet metal fabrication unit in Ahmedabad supplying electrical panel enclosures and industrial cabinets. The machine has approximately 5,800 cutting hours. It was primarily used on 1.6mm to 4mm MS and SS sheets and has been cutting clean edges throughout its operational life.

The IPG laser source is original and tested — current output power is confirmed at >1,850W under load, well within acceptable performance range. The cutting head (Precitec) was inspected and protective glass replaced in January 2024. The CypCut controller is licensed and active.

The machine comes with a full nest of consumables (nozzles, lenses, ceramic rings) that were purchased in bulk. The chiller and fume extraction unit are both functional and included in the price.

Reason for selling: The fabrication unit is upgrading to a 4kW machine to handle thicker plates.
