1. Acceptance of Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you (“User”, “you”) and AskCNC, the operator of AskCNC.in (“we”, “us”, “our”). By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Seller / Advertiser Terms, and all other policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Scope of the Platform

AskCNC.in provides an online marketplace where Users can list, browse, and connect regarding CNC machines, parts, tools, accessories, and related products and services. We act only as an intermediary and facilitator. We are not a buyer, seller, broker, agent, or party to any transaction between Users.

3. User Categories

  • Buyers browse Listings and contact Sellers to purchase products or services.
  • Sellers / Advertisers post Listings and offer products or services.
  • A single User may act as both a buyer and a seller.

All Users are bound by this Agreement and the applicable additional terms for their activities.

4. Account Registration and Security

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration details and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password confidential.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorised use or security breach.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse the Platform.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform lawfully and in good faith;
  • Provide truthful information in your account and Listings;
  • Respect the rights, privacy, and property of other Users;
  • Conduct your own due diligence before entering into any transaction;
  • Comply with all applicable laws, including tax, consumer-protection, and IT laws.

You agree not to:

  • Post unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or infringing content;
  • Harass, abuse, threaten, or defame other Users;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s operation or security;
  • Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or misuse Platform data;
  • Engage in any illegal, deceptive, or harmful activity.

6. Transactions and Risk

  • All dealings between Users — including negotiation, payment, inspection, delivery, and after-sales — are solely between the Users involved.
  • We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or accuracy of any Listing, nor the ability of Sellers to sell or buyers to pay.
  • You assume all risk associated with any transaction and agree that AskCNC.in is not liable for any resulting loss, dispute, or damage.

7. Content and Licence

You retain ownership of the content you post but grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, use, display, and promote that content for operating and marketing the Platform. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have the rights to post it.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to that Policy.

9. Fees and Paid Services

Certain features may require payment. Applicable fees, plans, and terms are described at the point of purchase and are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Suspension and Termination

  • You may stop using the Platform and request account closure at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for any breach of this Agreement, unlawful conduct, or at our sole discretion.
  • Provisions relating to liability, indemnity, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform is limited as set out in our Terms & Conditions. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Platform, your content, or your breach of this Agreement.

12. Grievance Redressal

Any complaints or grievances may be addressed to our Grievance Officer, whose details are provided on the Grievance Officer & Contact page, in accordance with applicable Indian law.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. Subject to the grievance redressal process, the courts at [Insert City], Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

14. Amendments

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
