1. Introduction

These Seller / Advertiser Terms (“Seller Terms”) apply to any User who posts a Listing, advertisement, product, machine, or service on AskCNC.in (“Seller”, “Advertiser”, “you”). These Seller Terms are in addition to, and form part of, our main Terms & Conditions. By posting any Listing, you agree to these Seller Terms.

2. Seller Eligibility and Account

  • You must register a valid account and provide accurate business and contact information.
  • You must be legally entitled to sell or advertise the items or services you list.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account and Listing details.

3. Listing Standards

Each Listing must:

  • Be accurate, truthful, and not misleading;
  • Clearly describe the item or service, including condition, specifications, and price;
  • Use genuine images that represent the actual item;
  • Be placed in the correct category and location;
  • Comply with all applicable laws and these Seller Terms.

4. Prohibited Items and Content

You must not list or advertise:

  • Stolen, counterfeit, or illegally obtained goods;
  • Items you do not own or are not authorised to sell;
  • Weapons, explosives, hazardous or restricted materials prohibited by law;
  • Goods that infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights;
  • Recalled, unsafe, or non-compliant machinery or equipment;
  • Any product or service prohibited under Indian law;
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, adult, offensive, or unlawful content;
  • Duplicate, spam, or keyword-stuffed Listings.

We reserve the right to remove any Listing that violates these rules without notice.

5. Seller Responsibilities in Transactions

  • You are solely responsible for fulfilling your Listings, including communication, pricing, payment collection, invoicing, taxes, delivery, installation, warranties, and after-sales support.
  • You must honour the terms, price, and condition stated in your Listing.
  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, including GST, and for issuing any invoices required by law.
  • You must respond to buyer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.

6. Advertising and Paid Promotions

  • Paid promotions, featured listings, and advertising packages are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We reserve the right to reject or remove any advertisement that violates our policies or applicable law.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all advertising content you submit.

7. Representations and Warranties

By posting a Listing, you represent and warrant that:

  • All information you provide is true, accurate, and not misleading;
  • You have the legal right to sell or advertise the item/service;
  • Your Listing and the underlying transaction comply with all applicable laws;
  • Your content does not infringe any third-party rights.

8. Licence to Use Content

You grant AskCNC.in a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce, and promote your Listing content for the operation and marketing of the Platform.

9. Suspension and Removal

We may, at our sole discretion and without liability, edit, suspend, or remove any Listing or Seller account that violates these Seller Terms, our Terms & Conditions, or any applicable law, or that generates complaints or appears fraudulent.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AskCNC.in and its owners, directors, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from your Listings, your transactions, your breach of these Seller Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

11. Disclaimer

AskCNC.in is only a venue connecting Sellers and buyers and is not responsible for any transaction, dispute, defect, or loss arising between Users. Sellers transact at their own risk and responsibility.
