1. Our Commitment

In compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, AskCNC.in has appointed a Grievance Officer to address complaints and concerns from Users regarding the Platform, its content, and its services.

2. What You Can Report

You may contact the Grievance Officer to:

  • Report Listings or content that are unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, offensive, or infringe your rights;
  • Report intellectual property infringement;
  • Raise privacy or data-protection concerns;
  • Report misuse, abuse, or security issues on the Platform;
  • Raise any complaint regarding our services or these policies.

4. How to File a Complaint

To file a complaint, send an email or written communication including:

  • Your full name and contact details;
  • A clear description of the grievance;
  • The URL(s) or details of the Listing/content/account concerned;
  • Any supporting documents or evidence;
  • A statement that the information provided is accurate;
  • Your digital or physical signature (where applicable).

5. Resolution Timeline

In accordance with applicable law:

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours of receipt.
  • We will resolve the complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • Complaints relating to content that is unlawful or violates a person’s privacy/dignity may be acted upon on an expedited basis as required by law.
